On July 30th, 2024, we hosted a webinar to discuss 'Creating better candidate experiences with digital assessment'.

The session was led by RM's Katherine Lancaster. She was joined by:

We discussed what was behind some of the statistics in our recent Learner Experience Research Report, as well as tackling what essentially creates a better candidate experience globally and authoring of questions. We also answered questions around validity, approaches to hard to assess subjects, and how assessment might change in the future.
