Our latest product release for you contains a few fixes, some improvements, and a sparkly new Help section. Some highlights:
When users leave your establishment, their accounts are deleted or disabled, and they are prevented from accessing Microsoft 365 (M365) via RM Unify. Your users may also have configured apps or devices with their M365 account/email address, and so you want their access via those apps and devices to be prevented, too.
As part of our continual focus on cloud identity management and security, when an RM Unify account is deleted or disabled, we now send an explicit request to M365 to block sign-in for that account. This has the effect of ending any and all sessions within a couple of minutes, for example, where Outlook is configured on a laptop, or within the Mail app on an iPhone. This ensures that your M365 services and resources continue to be accessible only to your establishment's active and authorised users.
Behold! Gaze upon the beauty of, um, our new Help section 😆 OK, not life-changing, I admit, but we've had a cute revamp. It's a nice opportunity to highlight some extremely useful and informative links and resources.

In particular:
Quick refresher: the Help section is accessed via the top nav-bar when logged in to RM Unify

Some customers were reporting an issue trying to select multiple users when viewing the members of a group in the RM Unify Management Console, in that the tick box against random users was inactive. Sorry about that, but we're pleased to report that this has now been fixed for everyone.
Until next time, thanks for reading!
